About Jane Adamson:


Jane is the Founder and Director of Purple Change, a change management consultancy. Together with her team of Associates, she works with executive teams and leaders to devise and implement transformational change programmes that deliver tangible business objectives.

With an MSc Organisational Psychology and over 20 years’ experience of working in a cross-section of industries, from large global organisations to rapidly growing small to mid-sized businesses, Jane has honed an approach that focusses on the people in an organisation.

Jane understands the challenges of achieving change that ‘sticks’ and truly transforms an organisation. Her blend of empathetic facilitation, coaching and consulting combined with a practical ‘hands-on’ approach to problem solving ensures leaders and their teams are fully equipped to deliver effective change. 

There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution, she and her associates use a tool kit of skills developed over two decades of experience to devise and deliver bespoke programmes for every client.
