Purple Change is a change management consultancy driven by the desire to solve problems, remove barriers and achieve positive outcomes for individuals and for businesses.

We have extensive experience and understanding of the corporate world, but also know that, in order to achieve the best result, people must come before protocol.

That knowledge makes us intensely supportive, and we use our experience to tailor everything we do to needs of a specific organisation, not relying on any single methodology or model. Rather than impose an off-the-shelf programme, process or structure, we work collaboratively to understand what will work for each organisation and those who work within it.

That’s why, although we are highly professional and well-versed in the the needs of the corporate world, you’ll often find us stepping out from behind the barriers of formality in order to build real relationships with real people.
