Recent Projects:

  • Finance Transformation Project - introducing a new operating model, systems and ways of working globally. We worked closely with HR, Finance Leaders and the Communication Team to develop a comprehensive Change & Communication plan. Delivering engagement materials, training sessions and support tools.

  • identity and clarify the direction of change

  • define the outcomes required

  • unpick the complexity of the transformation process

  • ensure the key people involved in delivering change are involved and engaged

  • ensure clarity across the organisation about what needs to be done

  • define the strategy for ensuring that change ‘sticks’
