Our Story:

Purple Change grew from Jane’s experience in a large corporate environment, where people were rarely the main focus. She recognised that periods of intense business transformation can feel overwhelming, which can lead to resistance.

Resistance to change is one of the main challenges in achieving business transformation that ‘sticks’.

The Purple Change approach is based the experience that has shown us that to truly transform a business often means changing people’s behaviours and the way they feel.

Objectives, processes and systems are important, but to achieve true change means going to the heart of an organisation – its people. So we look at change from the point of view of what your organisation is trying to achieve, and what impact that change will have on the people who work within it.

Purple Change takes a highly personal approach, based getting to know the people within a company and building relationships on a deep level. This emphasis on human connections increases engagement and removes resistance barriers, making it a large part of what makes our change programmes so successful.

We don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach, so every programme is different. Through knowledge of the people involved, we use our experience and a toolkit of techniques collected over 20 years of experience to build a personalised and customised programme, rather than relying on a generic methodology.
