We each bring over 20 years experience in business change and development and we value our positive and practical style, working with teams in a fun and constructive way to define solutions that work for you and that leave a positive impact long after we have gone.

 

 

Business Change Consulting

We support leaders to clearly define the purpose and direction of change, creating a 'roadmap for change' with a clear path and steps for implementation.  We know that employee engagement and involvement is key to successful change and we work with you, and across the organisation, to ensure that change is adopted and fully embedded.  

Recent projects include:

- Leading an employee engagement project with a professional service firm, to embed their Employee Value proposition, providing strategic direction and hands-on delivery of change and communication materials.

- Supporting the development and delivery of a change communications strategy and plan for a Talent global Talent transformation project at a leading FMCG.  Defining events and materials to engage and excite the talent team and then a programme to embed new behaviours.

- Providing change and communications support for an organisation moving to new operating model, helping leaders to define the approach, key messages and activities to enable a smooth transition.

 

 

Culture Change

We strongly believe that a good culture drives profitability and we enjoy working with organisations to define the culture that is right for them and their business.  Recently we have been working with a building, engineering and maintenance firm to drive a culture of professionalism. Supporting the senior team to define the culture they needed, the company values and establishing the behaviours required to support this.  Then working with leaders to effectively embed these behaviours across the organisation through leadership training, a new appraisal system, incentives and a new interview process.

Jane’s recent Culture and Leadership training work has already proved to be a valuable investment in our key staff. The feedback has been extremely positive and a large number of practical changes have been embedded in day to day operations. We are already planning the next phase of training courses.

Leadership Development

We recently designed and delivered a leadership development programme for the top 40 leaders of a rapidly growing manufacturing company.

Our focus was on developing leaders skills to enable them to thrive and drive growth in a high pressure, rapidly changing environment. Utilising 360 feedback and psychometric tools we supported leaders to develop a deep understanding of their personal leadership style, their strengths and weaknesses and develop a toolkit for leading their teams. This programme was supported by on-going leadership coaching as required.
